All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
Pre-order items are charged at checkout and dispatched within the estimated window noted on the product page. Estimated dates are good-faith projections and may shift; you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
Vintage and handmade items are one of a kind. Slight variations in color, texture, and finish from the product photographs are inherent to the piece and are not considered defects.
Shipping and return terms are described on our Shipping and Returns pages and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content on the Site — including text, photography, graphics, and the Kisses & Martini name and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kisses & Martini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
