Returns are accepted upon request via email. To begin a return, please write to kissesandmartini@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with any tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Vintage and handmade pieces are one of a kind; slight variations from the photograph are part of the piece and are not eligible for return on that basis alone. Pre-order items can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.
Gift boxes and books are final sale once opened.
